The user can also further narrow down the results against jobs by applying one or more than one of the filters as below:


Location: The user can choose and apply the location from the drop-down.


Experience: The user can choose candidates with any of these experience ranges - <1 years, 1-2 years

2-4 years, 4-8 years, 8+ years

 

Skills: The user can further refine the results by entering skills in this field. The user can select multiple skills to add here.


Tags: This feature allows the user to categorize and find specific candidates easily. On selecting this, only candidates with a specific tag added to their profiles will show up.


Status: The user has the option to filter candidates in a certain status. 

 

Source: The user can view candidates from selected sources only.


Added by: The user can view candidates added by the select user(s) only.


Prescreening: The user can view candidates in a specific status for pre-screening (not initiated, initiated, started, completed).

 

Others: The user can filter out two categories of candidates using this field.


a. Bookmarked: This only shows the list of candidates the recruiter has bookmarked and saved as a favourite.  This helps recruiters quickly find the candidates they’re interested to work with.


b. Women candidates:  This shows the list of women candidates only.  This is done on the basis of the applicant's name. This is specifically useful for diversity hiring, reporting etc.
