In case the user has forgotten their password to log into the platform, they can follow the steps below to reset it.

  • On the login page, click on ‘Forgot password’.


  • This will redirect the user to the password reset page.

  • The user is to enter their email address associated with their Param account in the field provided, and click on ‘Send me instructions’.



  • The user will receive the instructions to reset their password in their inbox.

  • In case the email with the instructions for resetting the password is not in the inbox, do check the Spam/Junk folder as well.

  • The user can either click on the ‘Choose a new password’ button or copy-paste the unique link in the email into their web browser to reset the password.



  • The link/button takes the user to the page for setting a new password. The user needs to enter the new password, enter it again to confirm the password and click on ‘Set new password’ to change the password. If the user didn’t mean to reset their password, they can ignore the password reset email. The password will not change.





NOTE:  The ‘Choose a new password’ button and the link generated to change the password will expire in 3 days and can be used only once.
