In case the user has forgotten their password to log into the platform, they can follow the steps below to reset it.

  • On the login page, click on ‘Forgot password’.


  • This will redirect the user to the password reset page.

  • The user is to enter their email address associated with their Param account in the field provided, and click on ‘Send me instructions’.



  • The user will receive the instructions to reset their password in their inbox.

  • In case the email with the instructions for resetting the password is not in the inbox, do check the Spam/Junk folder as well.

  • The user can either click on the ‘Choose a new password’ button or copy-paste the unique link in the email into their web browser to reset the password.



  • The link/button takes the user to the page for setting a new password. The user needs to enter the new password, enter it again to confirm the password and click on ‘Set new password’ to change the password.

  • If the user didn’t mean to reset their password, they can ignore the password reset email. The password will not change.






NOTE:  The ‘Choose a new password’ button and the link generated to change the password will expire in 3 days and can be used only once.
