This section is the reporting hub of the platform.  This page has two section - ‘Overview’ and ‘Detailed Report’. 




Overview: This section lists the following details:


  • Total number of jobs
  • Total positions
  • Positions left
  • Candidates offered
  • Average time to offer
  • Average time to hire


This report can further be filtered by hiring type (lateral or campus), organizations, the business unit, recruiter etc.


Here are the reports available on the Overview page.  These are all visual representation of the overall data. These charts can all be downloaded in. JPG format.


Openings Summary: This is a pie representation of


-Positions left to fill

-Candidates who accepted the offer

-Candidates who got hired





Candidate Sources: This is a bar graph of the number of candidates received from the various sources like user upload, career page, job boards, agencies etc.




Organization wise Openings:  This gives details of the openings across various organizations within the same company group.



Applicant Summary: This is a pie representation of the active candidates across the various (standard) stages of the hiring process.





Most Efficient Sources:  This bar graph depicts the efficiency of the various sources of candidates by plotting the number of candidates sourced against the number hired through each source.  This helps measure the efficiency of various sources.






Sources of Hire: This is a pie representation of the hires across various sources.





Detailed Report:


This section lists detailed reports across various categories as listed below:


Summary:  


This section provides the overall summary of jobs and interviews.  This section has four reports.


a. Job Summary: This section lists out the report with details such as job titles, Job id, Location, Business Unit, Status (Published/Unpublished/Unlisted), Created On, Approval Status (Approved or Unapproved), Approved on, Closed on, Hiring Manager and Recruiter of the job.  The user can further filter this report for specific hiring managers, business units or recruiters.


b. Category/ Function wise fill rate:  This section gives an idea about which particular category function has how many job openings. The number of openings approved, candidates, Offered, candidates Hired, candidates yet to Join, and the overall fill percentage.


C. Business Unit wise fill rate:  This section has the data of the number of Openings Created, Number of Openings Approved, number of candidates offered, Hired and yet to join and overall fill rate of all the Business Units of an Organization.


D. Candidate feedback Summary:  This section gives you an overview of the interview feedback submitted by candidates. It has data like how many feedback sent and not responded, how many have opened and submitted, average response time and submission time. It also has the questions that are sent to the candidates and overall comments.





Pipeline: 


This section helps track the company’s current hiring progress based on the job, business unit etc.  This section has the following reports.


a. Organization and Status wise Current Pipeline:  This section lists out the details of the active candidate pipeline across statuses, for the various organizations.


b. Job wise current pipeline: This section lists out the job-wise pipeline data, with details of the number of candidates across various stages of the active candidate recruiting cycle.  The user can even select to generate the report for a specific time-frame for all jobs or for the selected time-frame for a single job.  Generating the report for a specific job gives the user candidate level details such as Candidate Name, Candidate Email, Status, Source etc.


d. Business Unit Wise Pipeline: This section depicts the pipeline information for various business units.  The report lists details such as the number of active jobs, total applicants, candidates in various stages of the recruiting lifecycle for each of the business units. .  The user can even select to generate the report for a specific time-frame for all business units or for the selected time-frame for a single business unit. 


e. Hiring Manager Wise Current Pipeline: This section depicts the information about the pipeline for active jobs for each hiring manager.  The report lists details such as the number of active jobs, the number of total applicants and also the number of candidates across the various stages of the recruiting lifecycle for each hiring manager.  This report can further be filtered by the hiring manager and/or a specific time period.




Team Activity: 


This section allows the user to track their team’s activity by providing details such as ageing of jobs, recruiter activity, interviewer activity etc. This section has the following reports.


a. Job Ageing report:  This section gives the details of job elapsed time, the average time to offer and the average time to hire for each of the jobs.  Job-wise filtering of the report gives candidate-level information.


b. Recruiter Activity with Source Mix: This report gives details such as jobs created, active assigned jobs, total applicants, applicants in the pipeline, offered and hired stages etc for each recruiter.  This report can further be filtered by the recruiter and/or a specific time period. Only users with ‘Admin’ level permissions will have access to this report.


c. Interviewer Activity:  This section gives the details of the interview activity done by each interviewer.  The report lists details such as total interviews, number of interviews with pending responses, the average response time (in days), in addition to the number of candidates across the various interview vote options, for each interviewer.






Source Mix: 


This section allows the user to track the efficiency of the various sources of candidates, in addition to the contribution of each of the sources to the candidate pool.  This section has the following reports:


a. Source Efficiency and Sources of Hire:  This report lists the efficiency of each source by finding the percentage of candidates hired out of the total number of candidates sourced for the job(s). This report can further be filtered by job and/or a specific time period.  In addition to the information in tabular form, this section also shows the information in graph format.


b. Candidate Sources with Current Pipeline: This section lists the details of the total number of candidacies (one candidate can apply to multiple jobs thereby having multiple candidacies), the number of applicants spread across each of the stages in the recruiting life-cycle, listed by source. This report can further be filtered by job and/or a specific time period.

c. Referrals with Current Pipeline: This section lists the details of the referral data across employees. The report lists details such as the number of applicants referred, the number of applicants across the various stages of the recruiting life-cycle listed by employee name. This report can further be filtered by job and/or a specific time period.






Agencies:


This section allows the user to track the efficiency of recruitment agencies as a source of candidates.  This section has the following report:


Agency-wise sourcing:  This section lists the details of the candidates sourced, jobs assigned etc at the individual agency level.  The report lists details such as the number of candidates sourced, the number of assigned jobs (this shows the number of jobs the organization has opened out to the agency for submitting candidates) as well as the number of candidates in each of the various stages in the hiring cycle.  This information is listed agency-wise.  This report can further be filtered to retrieve job-level data for each individual agency.





Agency-specific report: On selecting the agency name for which the report needs to be generated, a detailed job-wise report with the following columns is generated.  


Job Title: This lists the title of the job that is assigned to the agency.


Job ID: This lists the unique identification number of the job that is assigned to the agency.


Location(s): This lists the location(s) for which the job is being hired.


Status: This section shows whether the job is published or Unpublished.


Openings: This section lists the number of openings in the listed job.


Expiry Date: This section shows the expiry date that was set while assigning the job to the agency.  This is the last date on which the agency will be able to submit candidates to the job.  If no expiry date is set while assigning the job to the agency, this field will show "-" in this report.


Application Review: This field shows the number of candidates submitted by the agency that is in the Application Review stage for the job. Hovering the cursor on the number in this field shows the exact status within Application Review along with the number of candidates in that specific status.


Screening: This field shows the number of candidates submitted by the agency that is in the Screening stage for the job. Hovering the cursor on the number in this field shows the exact status within Screening along with the number of candidates in that specific status.


Interview: This field shows the number of candidates submitted by the agency that is in the Interview stage for the job. Hovering the cursor on the number in this field shows the exact status within Interview (such as a telephonic interview or in-person interview) along with the number of candidates in that specific status.


Hold: This field shows the number of candidates submitted by the agency that is in the Hold stage for the job.


Offer: This field shows the number of candidates submitted by the agency that is in the Offer stage for the job. 


Hired: This field shows the number of candidates submitted by the agency that is in the Hired stage for the job.


Rejected: This field shows the number of candidates submitted by the agency that is in the Rejected stage for the job. 





Automated PreScreening: 


This section helps the user get details about the various metrics for the pre-screening activity using Lisa, the chatbot.  This has one report as below:


Jobwise Prescreening Activity: This report lists details such as the number of candidates across the various statuses of the pre-screening activity such as In pipeline, Initiated, Not responded, Started, completed, average response time across each of the active jobs. This report can further be filtered by the job.


Additionally, this section also lists an overall report on the pre-screening activity such as the total number of pre-screenings initiated, the number of candidates who haven’t yet responded, number of candidates who have started the pre-screening process and those that have completed it. It also shows the average response time and the average completion time.
