Users can communicate with and engage candidates from here.
Users can use one of the pre-loaded templates or create and save one of their own templates.
All communication history with candidates from all users through Param will be saved in this dashboard, allowing for transparency within the users of the company.
Mails sent to candidates from the dashboard will go out in the user’s name, allowing the candidate to see who the sender of the received email was.
Candidate replies will get added to the email thread.
Users can also email multiple candidates at the same time.
