This is the page from where all jobs-related activity is managed. All jobs created by the user are listed in this page.

For each job, details such as job name, job ID, job location(s), job status (Published, Unpublished, Unlisted, Closed), number of openings against the job and the number of applicants are displayed.  This section also shows how long ago the job was added to the platform.  The user can change the status of the job by simply clicking on the status drop-down against the job, and selecting the required status.

Additionally, every job card gives the user a quick view of the number of candidates in each of the stages such as In Review, Screening, Interview, Offered, Hired.

The user can also search for a specific job by its name or job ID using the search bar on this page.

NOTE: The user needs to add at least one job to the platform to be able to start using the platform and add candidates.

Jobs Section – Types of Filters:

This page allows the user to view jobs using one or a combination of multiple filters as listed below.

By Job Status:

All Jobs: This option on the left-hand panel when selected allows the user to view all jobs across Active, Published, Unlisted, Unpublished, Closed and Unapproved.  You can read more about each of these below.

Active Jobs: These are jobs that are currently open and haven’t been marked as closed.  These could be Published, Unpublished or Unlisted jobs.

a.Published: Jobs that are published to the Param career page. These are listed on the public Param career page.  Candidates can view these jobs on the career page and also apply to them, enabling their applications to flow into Param directly.

b.Unpublished: Jobs that are not published to the Param career page.  These can only be viewed by users who have access to the Param platform.

c.Unlisted: These are jobs that are only visible to users who have been granted access to it.  This category is specifically useful for managing confidential positions, internal transfers etc.

On Hold: These are jobs that have been placed on hold for various reasons.  They can then be changed back to any of the other statuses (Published, unpublished, closed etc) at any time.

Closed Jobs: These are jobs marked as ‘Closed’ by the users.

Unapproved Jobs: Jobs requiring approval that have been created but haven’t yet been approved by the approver will appear in this category.  The top right corner of the job listing (preview) for such jobs shows Unapproved.  Additionally, the preview also shows the approval chain set for the job, and details such as which of the approvers in the approval chain have already approved the job and at which approver the job is pending for approval.

Archived Jobs: These are jobs created in error or for testing purposes.  Once a job is marked Archived, the job and the associated candidates will no longer appear in any reports generated from the platform. Another point to note is that once a job’s status is changed to Archived, it cannot be changed to any other Job status.
