Publishing a Job:

  • This feature helps users publish the job to the Param career page in addition to publishing it to the employee portal, job boards etc.  The jobs listed on the career page are also indexed by Google and appear in Google searches.

  • Publishing a job generates a unique URL for the job which can be shared on various social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Email and WhatsApp.

  • Applicants can view the job posting and apply to it using the ‘Apply Now’ button which opens up the ‘Application Form’ set up for the same. The application is successfully submitted once the applicant fills up the mandatory fields on the application form.

  • The applications received through the job posting link are tagged to the job accordingly.
