This is the section where all the candidates uploaded by the users (across various jobs and projects) are listed.


The User can search for candidates under a job by using the Name or Email ID in the ‘Candidate Pool’ search bar.


The user can also further narrow down the results by applying one or more than one of the filters as below:


Location, Experience, Skills, Tags, Source, Added By and Others.



Candidate Profile Preview:


Clicking on the candidate name opens up a preview of the candidate profile on the right-hand side.  The preview shows details such as the candidate’s name, contact details, work experience, location, sourced from, Added by etc in the ‘Profile Info’ section.  The skills parsed from the resume appear in the ‘Skills’ section.



The 'Add to Job' button allows the user to add the candidate to any job using the name or the job id associated with the job.


The 'Resume' button allows the user to download the resume and view it.


The ‘Edit’ button also allows the user to edit candidate details such as Name, Contact Number, Location and Source. This is useful to correct or edit fields that do not get parsed completely or correctly  The email id field is not editable.


The ‘Added In’ section shows the job to which the candidate has been tagged, the status of the application and the profile match in percentage.



Clicking on Duplicate Applications opens up the list of all the applications from the candidate along with details such as the source of the application, the job the application was submitted for, and the date and time when the submission was made.




If the profile is a duplicate one, a narrow banner with the message 'This profile might be a duplicateappears on the profile preview, along with the Show Duplicates hyperlink.  Clicking on Show Duplicates displays the duplicate profiles for the candidate in the candidate listing section on the left-hand side.



Performing Bulk Action on Candidates:  Users can perform various bulk actions on candidates such as Adding them to a job or messaging them.
