Candidates are added to a job in the following ways:


Firstly, you can go to any Job and open the job. There on the top right-hand side top corner, you will see +Add Candidates. Click here and add the candidate’s resume from your existing database and you will see the candidate is added to the job and also to the platform. 



Secondly, Candidates can be added from the candidate pool section by openig the candidate and clicking on the Add to Job option.



Additionally, candidates are also added to the platform by the following methods:

  • Applications coming in from the jobs listed on the career page.

  • Submissions from listed staffing agencies were added to the Param platform.

  • Employee referrals through the Param career page (if enabled for your company)

  • Resumes coming in as applications to the jobs posted on job boards through Param.

  • Auto-sourced resumes from job boards like Monster.

  • Applications coming in from candidates who apply for jobs through LinkedIn (this requires job-wrapping enabled with LinkedIn.  Please consult your Account Manager for more details).
