The candidate profile view has the candidate’s name and work affiliation listed on the top left corner.

The profile can be edited using the Edit icon next to the name and can be bookmarked using the star icon next to the name.

The candidate profile page has the following tabs on the left-hand side:

  • This is the section where the candidate’s correspondence history with Lisa, including the pre-screening discussion is updated. Prescreening can be initiated manually from this section.
  • The section also shows whether the pre-screening has been initiated or completed.  The recruiter can use this section to communicate with the candidate via Lisa, in addition to answering candidate queries.

Interviews:

  • This section contains details around the interviews scheduled for the candidate, such as the schedule of the interview including the time and the date, who the interview was scheduled by, who is the interviewer, what is the status of the interview feedback etc.
  • The user also has an option to send a reminder to the interviewer, to enter their interview feedback.

This section contains details about all the offer documents associated with the candidate.  Mostly creating the offer document,  uploading signed copy of the offer document and sending offer document to the candidate.

Forms:

This section contains information regarding the forms that are to be sent to the candidate, getting the forms reviewed by another user and the status of each of the forms.

Messages:

This section on the bottom-right corner of the screen houses all the messaging history with the candidate. The user can email the candidate directly from here by composing a new email, using one of the pre-loaded templates or creating and saving one of their own templates. All your messages are private and only you can see those messages. Nobody else will have access to the messages and they can not view them as well when they go to the candidate's profile and check.

The Right Hand Side Panel:

The right-hand side panel on the candidate profile has the below sections:

Candidate Status: This denotes the status of the candidate against the selected job. The user can also change the status by clicking on the drop-down and selecting the required status.

The number listed against ‘Duplicates’ denotes how many applications have been received for the same candidate from various sources. On expanding, this section shows the following details for each application:

Source of application, Job Title submitted for, Date and time of application submission.

Other Details: This section has information such as Tags and Comments.

Tags: This feature allows the user to categorize and find specific candidates easily. The user can create custom tags which can be added to profiles and also used to filter or search profiles by these tags. The Tags that you add will be visible only to you, not others.

Comments: This feature allows the user to enter candidate-specific notes against each profile.

  • Comments are visible to all the other users within the organization who have access to Param.
  • This section is very useful for leaving comments on the last steps on a candidate (so the other users do not duplicate efforts) or for exchanging notes with team members on the candidate’s status, interview scheduling etc.
  • Users can also choose to leave private notes, that are visible only to themselves.  This can be done by clicking on the ‘Private option from the lock icon.
  • Users can also edit or delete their own comments entered on the candidate profile.

Custom Fields:

This section allows companies to add custom fields to the candidate profile page.  These fields are useful to capture job-specific information on each candidate's profile which might not be available on the resume.  These fields are added at the overall organization-level from the Candidate Fields section under Company settings on the Settings page. The visibility of these fields is set to either the Hiring team (for sensitive data) or to everyone.  Users (recruiters) use this section to enter job-specific information after collecting it from the candidate.
