Offer Management:  


Users can manage offer letters of candidates through Param instead of doing it through emails.  Right from generating offer letters to getting them approved and sending them to the candidate, the user can perform all offer documents-related activities through the Param platform.


Offer templates:  


This section under Settings allows the users to create templates which can be used to generate offer documents to be sent to the candidate or other reviewers such as medical officers etc. The user can generate various kind of templates using the various placeholders available, to define various fields of information on the documents.  The user also has the option to make approvals compulsory for certain documents (eg: medical fitness certificates requiring the approval of a medical officer etc).


Optional placeholder fields on offer letter template:  The user can also mark placeholders optional on the offer letter templates, thereby generating offer letters with only those fields that are pertinent to the job/candidate.
