Offer Documents can be sent to the candidate through the Param platform by clicking on ‘Send to Candidate’ button against the document to be sent. This action opens up the messaging section in the candidate profile.
The default email template is pre-populated with the subject line and content from the template, in addition to the document attached in the email. The user has the option to mark another user in the cc field of the email, change the subject line and/or the content of the email, add attachments, add forms etc, before sending out the message.
Alternately, the user can choose a different template from the list of pre-loaded templates, create their own custom template or compose their own email as well.
Once the document is sent to the candidate, the ‘Send to Candidate’ button changes to ‘Resend to Candidate’. This can be used in cases where the candidate asks for the documents to be resent to them.
