This feature helps admins on-board staffing company vendors onto the Param platform, so they can manage the staffing agency's submission(s) in the platform directly, instead of doing it manually (over emails).

Benefits of onboarding vendors onto Param:

- Vendors can directly submit their candidates into the portal, and it saves recruiters effort and time.

- Source credit will be given to the Vendor that submitted the resume(s) into the portal first  - Automatic duplication checks and upload of resumes into Param save recruiters’ time.

- The vendor can check the real-time status of the application(s) of the candidates that they have added to any job from the portal itself hence, the recruiter does not need to update the vendor on candidate status.

More details:

- The user can not only choose the jobs they want to open out to an agency but also the duration for which they want to allow the vendors to submit candidates using the " set expiry"  option.

-User can stop the agency from submitting candidates for a specific job by deleting the agency from the 'Agency Sourcing' section under 'Sourcing' against the job.

-Admins can stop an agency from submitting candidates for any position through the portal by selecting the lock icon against the agency, in the 'Agencies' section on the 'Settings' page. Once this is done, the agency will no longer be able to submit candidates through Param.

-Admins can unlock sourcing for an agency anytime by clicking on the ‘Unlock’ icon against the agency name, in the 'Agencies' section on the 'Settings' page.

On-boarding an agency onto Param:

The admin can add an agency by providing the agency name and the email address of the SPOC at the agency.

Once the recruiter adds the agency to any job:

The SPOC receives an email along with a link. Clicking on the link will take the SPOC to the vendor portal directly.

Adding new SPOCs:

The admin can add multiple SPOCs at the same agency under the 'Agencies' section on the Settings page. This can be done by clicking on the Edit icon against the agency name and clicking on ‘+Add New Agency’. The admin can add multiple SPOCs this way by adding each SPOC email individually in the 'Add New' field and selecting 'Save'.

Agency SPOC Dashboard:

-The SPOC sees data such as the total number of jobs sourced to the Agency, the total number of candidates added by the SPOC of the agency for various jobs and the total number of candidates that were hired/rejected.

-The SPOC can also see the number of days left for sourcing for a given job and also the date on which the sourcing of the job was assigned to them.

In the Job listing section they can see details like total candidates added to the job, total candidates hired/rejected, when the job was assigned(date) and expiry days(in case the expiry date is added.

To view job-specific details, click on any job and it will open up a new page with the details (as you can see in the screenshot below.) It will also show you data as to how many candidates are added to the job, and the total hired/rejected in this particular job. You can see the candidate's details, current application status, when the profile was last actioned on and when the profile was added to the job.

-The SPOC can submit a candidate for a job from the ‘Add a candidate’ tab under the job.

-The SPOC needs to provide the candidate’s full name, email address and resume to submit a candidate.

-The SPOC can submit resumes not exceeding 5 MB in size in PDF formats only.

-If the resume submitted by an agency/SPOC already exists in the platform submitted by another source then the agency SPOC will receive a notification that the 'Candidate is already added to the job'.

Email Notifications:

The agency SPOCs receive email notifications for different events such as:

  • A new job is assigned to them for submitting candidates
  • The change in their expiry date for the job (the last date till which the agency can submit candidates to that job)
  • When a job is Unassigned from them (when a job is no longer open to the agency for submitting candidates).
