The Param employee portal is a platform for the employees to connect and stay updated with the recruitment-related information in the company.  Here is how the Employee Portal benefits the employee:

  • Increased visibility of internal career progression opportunities to employees.
  • Auto-recommended roles with the advanced role matching capabilities of our machine learning algorithm, based on the employee’s skills and location preferences.
  • Referring candidates to open jobs through the platform.
  • Tracking the status of their referrals and their own applications for internal roles real-time, enhancing the employee experience.



This portal has 3 sections:


Jobs:  This section lists all the jobs that are inviting applications through Internal applications as well as referrals.


My ReferralsThis page allows the employee to view and keep track of all the referrals submitted by them.


Applied Jobs: This page allows the employee to view and keep track of all the internal transfer applications submitted by them.



Once the employee has created their profile, they will be able to access the various pages of the Employee Portal.




Password reset:


If candidates wish to reset the password of their employee portal then they can go to their profile settings and click on the gear icon. It will take the candidates to the employee portal settings page and choose the password section from the left-hand side.



Candidates will have to enter the Current password, New password and Confirm password and click on update to update the current password.



Email Notifications:


This section allows the employee to choose whether they would like to receive email notifications whenever jobs are posted on the employee portal.


Employees can choose to receive email notifications for Internal Jobs and/or Referral Jobs by selecting the check-boxes against these options, and selecting Update.
