This section lists all the jobs that are inviting applications through Internal applications as well as referrals. This section has jobs listed in two categories – Internal Jobs and Open for Referral.  The jobs in both categories can be filtered further by using the following filters:


Date Added, Location, Job Category, Business Unit, Job Level.



Internal Jobs:  


The jobs that are inviting applications from employees for internal transfer opportunities are listed in this section.


The jobs are listed in this section with the details such as the job title, job id, job location, the business unit, as well as how long ago the job was posted.


The Search box allows the user to search for a job by name or job id. Recommended Jobs banner along the top of the page shows the number of recommended jobs based on the employee’s location preference and profile. Clicking on this banner takes the employee to the listing of recommended jobs.






The View button against the job opens up the detailed job description in a new window.  




The newly opened window has two sections:

a. Job Details: This section has a detailed job description. This section has details such as the job title, job id, job location, business unit, organisation, experience range as well as how long ago the job was posted.

b. Application form: The form attached to the job which is supposed to be filled by the employees to apply for the job.



The Apply button in this window allows the user to apply to the job with a single click. The job application will come up and employees will have to fill up the job application and click on the submit button.





Once the user has applied to a job successfully, the Apply button gets replaced by ‘Application Status’ with a status button against it.  The status button lists the application status on it.  Clicking on the button opens up the list of stages in the application process, along with the application date and time and also denotes the stage of the application process the resume is in, with a green tick mark.



The employees can go to the Applied Jobs section on the employee portal dashboard to view the list of all the jobs along with the job application's real-time statuses that the employee has applied.





Open for Referral: 


The jobs that are inviting applications from employees for referrals are listed in this section.


The jobs are listed in this section with the details such as the job title, job id, job location, business unit, experience range as well as how long ago the job was posted.


The Search box allows the user to search for a job by name or job id.


Next to each job, there will be an option Refer a candidate.



The Refer Candidates button against the job opens up a new window with two tabs. The Job Details tab and Refer a Candidate tab.


Job Details: This section has a detailed job description. This section has details such as the job title, job id, job location, business unit, organisation, experience range as well as how long ago the job was posted.



Refer a candidate: The Refer a Candidate tab opens up the Referral submission form that the employee needs to fill up, to refer the candidate. The user can submit the referral by filling up the referral form and hitting the Submit Application button.




Once the referral is submitted successfully, the referrer sees ‘Application Submitted’ on the Job Description window.  This window also has two buttons Refer more Candidates and View Application.



Refer more Candidates: This button takes the user to the Referral Submission form, using which the employee can submit more referrals for the role.


View Application: This button takes the user to the My Referral page, where the employee’s referrals are listed.




Note: My referrals page will have a list of all the candidates referred along with their real-time application update.
