This page allows the employee to view and keep track of all the referrals submitted by them.
The Search box allows the user to search for a job by name or job id.
The user can also choose to view referrals for a selected job, or all jobs by selecting the appropriate option from the job drop-down.
The referrals are listed in this section with details such as the Candidate's Name, time of application, Referred In (denoting the job for which the candidate was referred), the job id, job location, and the business unit for which the candidate was referred.
The Status section shows the status of the application. Clicking on the button opens up the list of stages in the application process, along with the application date and time and also denotes the stage of the application process the resume is in, with a green tick mark.
Clicking on the candidate name opens a new window with the candidate’s resume, candidate's email ID, Job referred for, time of referral and Application Status.
