Param now offers an additional way of interviewing candidates The VideoInterview.io integration allows you to set up video interviews with candidates.
The test type with the questions for a round are setup in Job Setup-> Hiring Stages.
The assessment is selected here. 
Candidate receives a link. Candidate can appear for the test. 
The status shows up on the candidate profile on Param. 
Candidate clicks on the link on the email and is redirected to videointerview.io to take the test
Once the candidate is done with the interview, the status changes to Answered. The Hiring team can review the candidate at their convenience and share their feedback. The feedback is available on the portal.
