Publish on multiple Job boards


Job Boards Posting:  This section allows the user to post the job onto the selected job board by the toggle of the button. The user’s existing subscription credits will be used for posting the job if the job board requires paid posting.  Currently, the system supports posting the job onto Naukri.com and Monster.com. This helps drive applicant traffic directly into Param from Naukri or Monster, eliminating the manual step of users having to add resumes from Naukri or Monster postings into the platform manually. 


Publish newly created jobs on Param.ai to Naukri or Monster.


So, if your organisation is using Naukri or Monster then Admins can go to the integration section of Param.ai's recruitment portal on settings and set it up.


For Naukri: Admin will have to go to the recruitment portal's Settings and choose Integration. There they will have to select the Naukri Job board option and toggle the button from OFF to ON and provide the Secret Key and Access Key. Lastly, after providing the details click on update.



Once done, on the job Sourcing page, you will see the option as Naukri. Click on the down arrow mark to get the dropdown so that you could fill up the Job posting details.



Now, you can fill up the details and click on Publish.



The job will be posted to Naukri.com's board.


For Monster: Admin will have to go to the recruitment portal's Settings and choose Integration. There they will have to select the Monster Job board option and toggle the button from OFF to ON and provide the Username, Password and the Corp ID. Lastly, after providing the details click on update.



Once done, on the job Sourcing page, you will see the option as Monster. Click on the down arrow mark to get the dropdown so that you could fill up the Job posting details.



Now, you can fill up the details and click on Publish.



The job will be posted to Monster.com's Job board.


LinkedIn limited listing: Limited Listings are free job postings on LinkedIn that are visible to active candidates when they search for jobs on LinkedIn. Candidates can also view Limited Listings on a company’s LinkedIn Page. They are listed below relevant LinkedIn (Premium) job slots and job posts.


Limited Listings are free job postings gathered by LinkedIn from job boards and aggregators across the web so that members have a comprehensive job-seeking experience. They are visible to candidates actively conducting a job search or viewing a company’s LinkedIn page. Unlike paid jobs, Limited Listings are not actively promoted to LinkedIn members in search results or through targeted recommendations; a job posting utilizing a Job Slot achieves an average of nine times more views than a Limited Listing. 


For customers that have purchased Job Slots, LinkedIn offers a service called Job Wrapping which copies all jobs published to your career site or jobs’ source and prioritizes specific jobs in Job Slots. It requires minimal technical effort and is based on the same technology supporting millions of Limited Listings. Any jobs not placed into a Job Slot will appear as Limited Listings on LinkedIn and on your company’s Page.



How to set it up on Param.ai?

Admin will have to go to the Settings page of the Param.ai recruitment portal and click on integration. There you will find " LinkedIn limited listing" option and you will have to toggle the button ON from OFF. Under the toggle button there you will have the down arrow dropdown and clicking there will give you the option to enter the company id and update it.


Once the company id is updated, on the job sourcing page, you will have option LinkedIn under Job feed section where you will have to toggle the button ON from off.



In order to post it on the LinkedIn limited listing, once you toggle the button ON, you will have to fill in the details and save the details and the job will be posted on LinkedIn limited listings.



Finally, the job will be posted.
