Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing tool that helps create and manage video meetings. With integration with Zoom, users can generate a Zoom URL and share the respective URL with the candidates and the interviewing panel without any manual intervention.


How to activate Zoom Integration?

Only Admins and Recruiters can enable the Zoom integration.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Toggle Zoom and turn it on.
  3. Navigate to Settings > My Profile under User segment
  4. Click on Connect Zoom Account
  5. Enter your Zoom login credentials
  6. You will be redirected to My Profile page after successful login

How to schedule an interview using Zoom?

  1. Navigate to the candidate profile and select the Interview Tab.
  2. Move the candidate to one of the interviewing stages.
  3. Click on Schedule Interview
  4. Select the duration, and interviewer(s) and pick the time slot.
  5. Select Zoom from the interview type dropdown. Param.ai will automatically generate the Zoom URL for this interview round.
  6. Click on Schedule interview.

How to remove my Zoom authorization from Param.ai?

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Profile under User segment
  2. User Sync Zoom Account section, click on Connected. This will disconnect your Zoom account authorization from Param.ai.
