With the "Revoke Offer Letter" feature, you can now revoke any offer letter that has been shared with a candidate, regardless of whether the candidate has accepted the offer.

Revocation at Any Stage: You can revoke an offer letter at any time after it has been sent to the candidate. Even if the candidate has already accepted the offer, you can still withdraw it.

Here are a few examples of when you might use the Revoke Offer Letter feature:

1. The candidate has accepted another job offer.
2. The candidate has failed a background check.
3. The candidate has provided false or misleading information on their resume.
4. The company has decided to change the direction of the role or department.
5. The company has experienced a financial setback and is no longer able to fill the position.

Steps -

Step 1: Open the candidate's profile.

Step 2: Go to the Offer Section.

Step 3: Click on the Revoke Offer Button

Step 4: Select a proper reason for revoking the offer letter

Step 5: After selecting the reason, click on the Yes, revoke the offer document button

Step 6: The latest status will be updated with the reason for offer revoke.

Communication to Candidate: When a candidate tries to access the offer letter after it has been revoked, they will get a message informing them that the offer has been revoked and any offer document shared with them stands invalid.

Pending Offer Document Approval: Any pending offer document approvals associated with the offer will be automatically deleted when the offer is revoked.

Irreversible Actions: Please note that actions performed with this feature are irreversible and cannot be undone. Exercise caution when revoking offers to avoid unintended consequences.
